Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will receive a shipping notification by email when your package has been sent.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for deliveries within the United States.  International shipping may become available at a later date.

Part of my order is missing

 

If part of your order is missing, send an email with your order number to customercare@bijoublingbar.net.  Include a brief description of the missing item.  Please allow 24 - 48 hours for responses.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay.

Can I track my order ?

 

You will receive a shipping notification by email complete with a tracking number that allows you to track packages.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
